Southwest Self Storage has developed over 500,000 square feet of self-storage space with several new projects in the pipeline.
We work closely with a team or experienced architects, contractors, and consultants to recognize opportunities and execute our plan of developing “class A” properties in strong markets. We believe that a property should be not only financially feasible, but should architecturally fit within the area in which it is being constructed.
Our project in San Marcos, California is considered our prototype facility. San Marcos was architecturally designed with Spanish tile roofs, wrought iron, wood and various stucco pop outs to conform to the Mediterranean/Spanish theme in San Marcos. This strategy was carried on for our properties in Riverside, CA, Grand Junction, CO, and Yuma, AZ as well.
